DELIVERY TIME GUARANTY:
We guaranty to complete* your order within the guarantied time frame given in your specific work order; or your order is 100% free of charge (no questions asked). This guaranty DOES NOT apply to work orders with estimated completion time, or estimated delivery time. 
The delivery time guaranty DOES NOT automatically apply to all work orders, but only those work orders that are clearly marked with guaranteed completion time & signed by a Colormania representative.
*An order is considered complete once we send you photos of completed work via email, or inform you via email or by telephone that your order is complete & ready for pick up, or of we ship your order, or if your order is picked up at our facility, or if your order is in transit for delivery.
If your Colormania work order does not clearly specify a delivery date guaranty with a 100% discount option, this guaranty DOES NOT apply to your order in any shape or form.
This guaranty does not apply to any work order or paint-work that was initiated prior to June/06/2010.

QUALITY WARRANTY:
All Colormania custom paint comes with a warranty card, which protects your investment for 5 years!  
Transferable Warranty: Did you know; a genuine Colormania paint job actually raises the value of your bike?
If you sell your bike during the warranty period, please give this warranty card to the new owner.

IMPORTANT: Always demand a written warranty for at least 5 years on custom paint, since poor materials & craftsmanship often fail after just one year!
    
To protect your investment; all Colormania custom paint jobs come with a full 5 year warranty against:
Peeling, lifting, cracking, bubbling, fading & any other defect due to poor craftsmanship. In case of a valid warranty claim, we provide prepaid return shipping labels; you will not pay for shipping either way. 

Not covered by warranty:

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused to the paint job by other objects, chemicals, elements and third parties or other painters who may try to touch up or repair our paint. Any attempt by another person to repair or repaint a Colormania paint job, voids the warranty. Any form of damage due to fuel exposure is not covered under warranty. In case of a valid warranty claim Colormania does not cover any assembly or other expenses, other than repair of the paint job by Colormania. Warranty does not cover any paint damages cause during shipping that were not reported within 24 hours of parts arrival.
